At LearnZen.io, we are committed to maintaining transparency in all transactions. Our educational products are offered through one-time payments providing one-year access to the purchased content.
Refunds may be requested within ten (10) days of purchase, provided that less than half of the course material has been accessed. Requests must include the user’s full name, purchase details, and the reason for cancellation. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Access to course materials will be revoked immediately upon approval of the refund. All sales beyond the eligibility period are considered final.
