Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy

Introduction

LearnZen.io (“the Company”) aims to maintain integrity, fairness, and transparency across all operations.
This Policy outlines how users can raise complaints and how disputes are addressed through a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Submitting a Complaint

To submit a formal complaint, contact support@learnzen.io with:

  • Your name and registered email

  • A full description of the issue and relevant details

  • Supporting evidence, if available

Complaints should be made within 30 days from when the issue arose.

Process and Timeframes

Acknowledgment will be issued within 5 business days, followed by a full review by our internal compliance team.
A resolution or formal update will be provided within 15 business days.

Resolution and Appeals

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request a further review by a senior representative of the Company.
This review will serve as the final internal decision.

Independent Mediation

In unresolved cases, both parties may agree to appoint a neutral mediator to achieve an equitable resolution in line with Estonian law.
